The tilting hanger turns the mould 90 in the air ,demoulds the blank and puts it on the cutting table  together with the siade plate.The cutting cart driven by the motor runs slowly through the vertical cutting device,and run to the horizontal cross cutting device after vertical cutting is finished When the cart is stopped, the cross cutting device starts and the cross cutting support falls down from the top to make horizontal cutting until the reset upward.

Advantages:

1. Simple and practical structure, easy installation and maintenance;

2. The blank stands vertically with the width of 600mm and the height of 1200m after tilting, thus the cutting wire can be shorter and not easy to be broken and drifted, besides, the cutting precision can be more exactly to cut;

3. As the blank stands vertically, the grooves on both sides of the blank (within width of 600mm) can be milled at the time when the blank is cut vertically, no groove processing device is needed;

4. The machine can process both building blocks and plates, and the blank can be cut in 6 sides therefore the quality of product is free from affection of mould oil and the deformation of the mould;

5. The machine has simple operation and cutting processes (titling, vertical cutting and cross cutting) can be finished in different positions plus that cutting and running are controlled in the same device, therefore, operating is simplified and maintenance is convenient.
